Called my Dutch mobile number, pretty sure that means it’s some sort of scam. Didn’t answer and no voicemail left.
Call center I think. But started by saying my house had been picked (it’s a flat) because I am a home owner ( I am a council tenant) so I hung up. I am an ex directory number.

This number phoned me this morning at 9 a.m. and a woman with a strong American accent told me that if I wanted to cancel my order for Amazon Prime (which I have never ordered) I needed to press 2 on my phone ........... I realised this was a scam call but took the precaution of phoning my bank just to ensure that nothing had been deducted/was pending from Amazon/Prime.
Another annoying accident claim scam.

I work nights, and get these calls several times a day, and its getting very annoying, because they keep waking me up
