Straight up scam telemarketing--something strange as even if you were interested in their "boiler sales"--there is no way to talk with anyone-best not pick up the phone at all, unless you are sure of the caller--let it go to voicemail
I cannot use my landline for incoming calls any more because of these pests. Now they are ringing my mobile. It is really hacking me off as it has since all this grief started 6 or so years ago, Registering with TPS has made no difference.
