Very polite young man, calling about Funeral Plans, saying I had requested a call back on a recent survey I had done. I told him I didn t request a call back as I drive for a living and can do without the distraction, and I already have plans. He apologised and said he would ensure I get no more calls and promptly wished me a safe afternoon. Not really what I would term a "nuisance call" and polite as well!!
Caller became aggressive when asked where the number was obtained and said they had a legal right to call me
