rang - hung up when I answered. Rang back - number not recognised - now blocked
This number called me today saying it’s AOL and that my aol account was compromised, ended call and blocked number!
Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers, fake PPI claims, Pension Review Team... - inviting you to call them back). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8437240xxx range... Did someone answer any number of this range?
