They could be calling outside of these times, times above are of what I ve witnessed. I m on the TPS database and shouldn t be receiving this type of call from Stellar or anyone. After reading customer comments on here I have NEVER answered any calls on this number and never shall, and like the lady above, my emails have been inundated with crap. i cant seem to block this number along with others on my phone, very frustrating aaaaaarrrgghh
