Silent call I had also 0203 775 1708 15 mins apart from it. This is clearly a call centre, trying to peddle some wares, have blocked number, this is now the 3rd number to block from this area in 3 days.

Caller asked for a person I did not know. When I said he had the wrong number he asked if I could help him. He said he was from Simplify Digital and he could save me money on my phone and broadband. As I am on TPS I asked him where he got the contact details from. He said I must have filled in a survey. I have reported the call to TPS.
