SCAM Scam phone cal,l with a recorded voice asking you to press any numbers in order to be in contact with someone of the HMRC. Needless to say that's a complete BS. Be aware.

Every day I receive an automatic voicemail saying RTA tried to contact me and they are sorry that no agent was available! I don t know how to stop it and I don t want to have to call them! I cannot block the caller as it never rings but straight into voicemail.

They phone you just after *they* request access to your account via your phone company's website by using the "Forgotten Password" link, so that the real phone company will send an OTC (one-time-code) to your mobile for verification. These criminals then call you saying they're from your phone company and ask for the OTC that you've just received.
