Debt collection one minute then BT about broadband fault!.......... Dangerous.

I ve been waiting on a very important call regarding cancer results and I got a call from this number. While at work (teacher) I left the classroom to answer the call. When I explained that I couldn t discuss PPI claims because I was teaching, the rude man said, "You shouldn t be answering your phone in class if you re a teacher. You re an idiot." Before I could explain that I was waiting on cancer results he hung up laughing. Insensitive, horrible person! Tried to call back, but they block all numbers.
