Number called me and hung up when I answered. I called back and it is continuously engaged.
I swiped at an ad banner on my smartphone (by accident), my phone immediately rang displaying the number 02038095682. It read London based. I hung up the call.
Rings women up and talks sexual with them. AVOID.

Had several calls from this number, sadly the last time it rang from this I answered without checking who it was. The woman started saying she was from the department of budget...
