Unsolicited call telling me I had won something or other, My phones are registered with the TPS so at the very least anyone calling with any kind of offer must be disreputable.

Reported to o2 and national cyber crime unit, case opened as it is a uk number so they’ll be able to take action. Spam

This is a local area code so I answered it, all you get is a recorded"goodbye" then hangs up , has it on other numbers as well so annoying, about time offcom sorted all these out

apparently I can claim for an accident I haven't had in the last 3 years -_-

SCAM

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2038684xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with insurance marketing, accident chasers, PPI claims, "car accident which was not your fault". Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new, new scope, or still the same story?

I received a text from +44 7305 112863 “Mum I smashed my phone … could you message me on WharsApp, my new number is 07438977792” this is clearly a scam.

Way2 finance. Supposed teachers of online in esters that acquired my number through an online form that I never completed. When questioned about if they purchased my details the called got very irate leading me to think this is the case.

There were no less than five calls from this number while I was out. I did not need to be told it was the criminals pestering me again as I have had so many of them. However it was confirmed next day when a call came from a slightly different number, 01614357985. Other sites informed me a large number of people had been called similarly. Both numbers have been invented, of course. This bunch of criminals are now saying they represent B.T. and that they will be cutting off internet service - in an attempt to

Life insurance

Sales call from "Later Life Planning". Told him I was working and he would call tomorrow so added to Ignore List.

Asian sounding male called to inform me of a bank interest refund I responded by saying brilliant thank you for all your hard work. Please make the cheque out to my uncle who lives on the moon.

Said it was British telecommunication &that my landline &internet were being turned of soon if I didn’t want this the press button 1as I know bt don’t phone you then I knew it was a scam but how many 84 year olds know this ? They are pond life.

I get several calls like this each weak. They call but never leave a message so i never return the call no point looking for trouble.
