When you type in your activation code you get an error message and a freephone number. When you call the number they say that they need to check your pc to see why the program did not install. Will ask and pressure to have remote access to your machine using Cirix Software. When this is installed they have access to your machine and start pulling up info on it and saying it has been hijacked. They tell you that Mcafee will not pick up malware, (IT WILL).
