25/11/19 St 1045am recorded voice claiming to be Amazon Prime informed me that £7.99 monthly direct debit would continue! But said to press 1 if not OK! Is this a SCAM? Or is it Amazon because I have bought from them in the past?

A person called saying my manufacturer s warranty on my Sky box had run out and trying to sell a repair plan for it. This is NOT an official service endorsed by Sky. The only official cover is Sky Protect (which is run by Domestic & General).
