Claiming to be from virgin media and that they have been getting alerts from our hub and internet speed. Ask to check colour of lights on hub and to use a computer to enter an address so they can check and correct the issue. Dont logon computer or enter the address! Called 3 times in an hour different numbers and difffernt people. Checked with virgin media and its not them!

I have had several calls from this and other numbers,they always hang up when I answer.This only started after I went online,a few days ago,to get some car insurance quotes.Silly me!I gave out personal information to several firms,now I am getting nuisance calls.So,this number may well be insurance industry related.My advice,never give your telephone number to someone you do not know and trust.

This is the second call today from 2 different nuisance callers! This one is regarding an accident that I haven t had. So I told them they are better off speaking to my Dad because he had an accident 36 years ago when I was conceived! They stuttered then hung up.

SPAM - Some vague woman wittering on about being "one of the energy advisers for the area" who had no desire to let me speak. Asking her "Which area is that?" caused her to hang up. I received an automated call...the usual thing: press 5 if you re interested, 9 to unsubscribe from our database. For a change, I pressed 5 because I wanted to find out how I got ON their database in the first place. They rang off, but someone from "YouCall" left a message for me later saying that they would deal with my query if I rang back on 01902 440156.

Phoned me at work on my office number and asked if I owned the building or if it was a council house.
SCAM - Received a call from their number. Computer female voice telling me my MasterCard had been used to make a payment to a foreign country for £600. That's when I hung up. Really am getting sick to my teeth of scammers - phone, email, text etc. It is time the Government did something to stop it!!!
