Scam offering a discount on my O2 billing account, except I don't have an O2 account

SCAM - says washing machine service contract is about to expire, but I don't have the brand of machine they quoted and I don't have a service contract. They hung up on me after I queried it. Probably would have asked for fraudulent payment for service extension.
They ring up very early in the morning.
Rang the number back and got a recorded message to say welcome to are insurance fault..must of been a cold call to me on my mobile as I don t have a need for this service!
