SCAM!!!! Royal mail would leave a grey note with the parcel and not withhold it pending a payment, they would not send a text message. This is the scam message: - Royal Mail: Your Package Has A £2.99 Unpaid Shipping Fee, Pay This Now At deliverypackagefee.co.uk Or Your Package Will Be Returned. In general, avoid clicking any links unless you have requested a link be sent via a method of your choosing.
SPAM. Claimed I showed interest in an education recently (false). Realy bad sound quality. Seemed to be calling from my country, but was not. Spoke very bad englisch. Pressed me to tell me how I am doing and that they had the correct number after I told them I did not had any interest. Also spoke bad englisch. Probaly some SCAM too, or to get more information about me to sell to other parties.
