Internet Asian voice claiming to be from Virgin Media and saying my Internet connection was being used illegally. Asked questions about lights on my router, haw many devices were connected to the line, and how many people in the house used it. Then rang off when I gave vague answers.

Called up at 7pm. Told my life insurance was awful And how it wasn t the right one for me. After what can only be described as border line bullying I went to speak to one of there "qualified" advisors. Turned out it was some wise boy who tried to make me spend more than I was already paying for less cover. Complete waste of time I d avoid using them at all costs.
