Stupid automatic system asking if I ve been in a car accident that wasn t my fault. Same voice and name given as the last 7 times I ve been called - but the number keeps changing

Silent call. I live in Spain and I know nobody in the UK, but someone is calling me repeatedly from this number and when I answer, they hang up. This has all the hallmarks of a scam where. I'm sure that, if you call back, they charge you a large amount of money.
I got a call from Michelle Williams from CFS Group and she asked to speak with CEO. She claims it’s not a sales call but “a revenue tax and trade supply matter”. When I asked if she was in contact with the CEO before or if she has his contact details, she replied negatively saying “no, this was just brought to my attention”. She asked if the CEO can give her a call back.
