Inbound call answered but no response from caller, there was background talking and then after further attempt to elicited a response the caller terminated the call

Received the following text from this number at 03:50:- "Keith attempted to deliver your parcel today but no one was home. Reschedule a new delivery date, via......" There was then a link supposedly to postoffice-delivery. Haven't found any reports on this number but highly suspect, given the time of the text and the weblink having a ".com" ending, not ".co.uk". Picked up and no response. Called back and it didn't even ring.
Phone rang once then hung up, no idea who they are.
Insurance - they are insurance brokers. Can't remember their name. I was their customer 2 years ago but then found out from another broker (when I switched life policy) what they promised me will never going to happen, like having life policy till age of 80 etc., so seems they are set on selling only, not advising correctly. A bit pushy to just review your circumstances, to keep you on the line. Said politely to the lady I'm not interested in doing a review, that I'm working and not having time for this

Automated call said it was from HMRC. Ended call and blocked.
This phone number is responsible for calling a friends place of work and saying vicious lies to try and get them fired from their job.
Unsolicited call from the number 0238 069 2375 on late morning of 06/09/22 claiming to be from Amazon. Fake call for the purposes of fraud. Mildly threatening.
