Called to remind me my washing machine insurance was overdue. I had to pay them by card over the phone. I asked the make of my washing machine. It was a make I have never owned. They had all my personal details on file.

Rang at 19:55 in the evening. I did not answer. They did not leave a message. Presume a telemarketer / Accident Claim company.
