Female caller saying i have fiber glass in the house. when advised i do not she hung up. Apparently from the energy conservation society and she was the local rep.....but called from this mobile.......surely not right

Received 3 calls from 0844-3585862 over 4 days. Each time the line is dead - just the "number engaged" sound for about 4 seconds then line goes dead

Well spoken man claiming to be from HM Revenue + Customs telling me that my name is on a fraud register. Not true, but could cause panic......! I hung up before he could ask for any personal info.
