I did not answer, but a google search led me to this site, so I'm popping the info here. I have now blocked the caller in any case so job done.
SCAM They may have said they were some form if service provider but I could not hear that bit well. Then I think they asked what device i was using and I answered too broadly not having really heard them and they hung up knowing I was likely baiting them. None of my providers would call me and they were likely trying to offer a fake service for my phone but i didn't hear/ the conversation ended
