SCAM / SPAM Please be careful if you receive a call from this number. They pretend to work for Microsoft. They tried to access my computer via Event Viewer. When i challenged the guy he used abusive language at me. Don't listen to a word they say. Microsoft will never call you.

Been having three calls at least from this number every day, each time I answer there s nobody on the other end and it hangs up, and when I phone back it answers and drops the call. I have no idea who the company is but the only way to stop them is if everyone makes a formal complaint to Ofcom either via the internet or phone. I ve already complained and I hope this company get fined a huge amount of money.
I share the views of the two previous comments: this person seems to target elderly people, charges too much and the quality of the work is very poor. He is also aggressive and intimidating.

Had a phone call from them and they seemed to know some of my personal details (well, as far as my phone number, name and 1st line of my address). I asked them who they were and got the response AAC and nothing more than that. The guy was very evasive and when I asked what the call was regarding was just told it was "sensitive information". I told him he had the wrong number and I hung up. I was involved in a car accident about a year ago so they may well have been ringing about that.
