When the call begins with "I am not a cold caller" and then proceeds to tell you about energy prices, you have yourself a liar. I'd recommend blocking the number otherwise they will call the following day

CALLER ASKED ME TO OPEN PHONE AND DOWNLOAD APPS - SAID IT WAS DUE TO REPORTS OF INTERNET NOT GETTING CORRECT SPEED. GOT VERY ANGRY DEMANDING I DOWNLOAD THIS APP ONTO PHONE WHEN I SAID NO! HE THEN HUNG UP
3.15pm Monday 27th April, foreign male,gave his name as Chris Lewey, , gave the name of a company which I didn t quite catch,and that he wasn t trying to sell anything but wanted my opinion. He then asked if I had Sky TV at which point I said I wasn t interested in answering any questions. He thanked me politely and put the phone down. Initially when I answered the phone he asked for me by name.
