I got an email from PayPal, saying I purchased a cell phone & that payment is now due. I called the number on the invoice from PayPal, a man with a thick indian accent answered & struggled to speak good English to explain himself. He asked me for the invoice number & said that a purchase was made IN MY NAME although my opening remarks were 'I don't have a PayPal account but I received an email requesting payment for a purchase' - when I asked him 'what's my name?' he hung up! THIS IS A SCAM 0203

Received the message came up as spam posted below Our driver Simon attempted to deliver your shipment today but no one was home. To reshedule a new delivery date, visit: https://postoffice-held-depot.com Checked this number and states number located down south near clitheroe but im in the west of scotland so thats some reach for delivery. Not sure if its a phony or not
