Call said McDonald's. I answered then he tried to sell me a new Vodafone contract
Return phone number on text message warning supposedly from Santander Bank. I confirmed with Santander the message was not from them. Text deleted. Originating phone number blocked.(it was a UK mobile number which I didn’t note)
This is a scammer's number. They claimed to be from EE accounts department to say my last 2 payments have not been made via debit order and could I press 1 to update my account details. He was very insistent that I do it right now or my account would be closed my phone cut and costly penalties incurred. I hung up as I am not and never have been with EE.
Never answered call I never answer these type of numbers

Richard Walters who is claiming to be able to seel some Carbon Credits I bought in 2013 but " first I need to pay a 25% fee for "pecuniary Insurance" to cover it" - I am fairly sure its a scam but can't find any other information

SCAM Pretends to be from legal & general
Very rude man with poor English trying to upgrade my new phone which did not exist! Apparently he had permission from Vodafone to call me with upgrades to this imaginary phone. I have never used Vodafone but he told me that he had taken calls from my current number arranging for the mystery new phone which was due to be delivered. I would imagine Vodafone would be very annoyed by this kind of cold call criminality.
Suspicious text from number I don't recognise. "What are you doing? my dear friend." The fact that this number has been searched 160 times makes me even more suspicious.
