Several calls now - yesterday was told she (asian lady) calling from Windows Technical dept about my computer. Apparently something wrong with my computer! I needed to turn it on, give them my computer ID so they could sort it out. I asked for name, tel no and address and she gave me - Microsoft, Cambridge. BE WARNED IT IS A SCAM AND THEY WANT MONEY _ A ONE OFF, LIFETIME PAYMENT. Eventually I told them it was a scam (she got angry at this) and to stop harassment calls.
