SCAM Technical support scam call
This is just a call back for feedback on how you were treated by the customer care team ect to improve the system.
The call starts with them saying they are from your internet service provider. I said who is that and they said BT. I told them I had called BT and this number was nothing to do with BT and the guy got really rude and started shouting at me and then said my internet would be cut off for 6 months before he hung up on me.
