They called me but hung up before they told me who they are. After checking the tellows website, I still decided to ring back to find out who they claim to be. It sounded like an automated response, and probably just the start of a voice mail message, but they said they are: Home Shield Direct I have never heard of this company before; they might be trying to cold call me for a sale. I am not interested; I seek out what I want. This is a harassment call.
