Automated message saying that that a tax fraud claim had been put in my name and told to press 1 or the police would be round shortly to arrest me. Put phone down and not yet been arrested????

Persistent nuisance calls and messages from this debt collection company regarding Virgin media and a certain Mr Glover who is unknown to me and who has certainly not lived at my address since well before the existence of Virgin media.
Unanswered call 9/4/2021 at 2.18pm. A favourite time for scammers which is what I think this was.
