They have obviously not heard of the Telephone Preference Service, with which I am registered. I have a BT Call Guardian phone (BT8500), so I don t have to waste my time with these people. BTW you don t have to be a BT customer for this service and it works very well.
This number called saying transfers had been made from my bank and giving options to deal with it etc, definitely a scam.

finance company. very aggressive wont take no for an answer. politely asked them to remove my number and she said she wont and i will recieve the calls again in future. passed the number to the police for harassment. block this number at all costs

I have no idea what this number was selling, she rang me twice and when I picked up she couldn t pronounce my name so she just groaned and then hung up! Ha! Hardly the sign of a reputable business.
SCAM foreign gentlemen pretending to be BT, you have Internet compromised stand in front of the computer etc.
Strange call to my mobile from this number. No message left, and when I looked at reverse number searches I got listings for numerous companies spread around the UK.
