This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8432633xxx range... People did someone answer this number?
Didn't pick up as I didn't recognise it. Left answerphone message saying I should call back to avoid 'missing this unique opportunity' or dial '9' to opt out. Needless to say I've done neither but added it to my Blocked List
