Phoned at 8.30am. Sounds of a call centre but it just went dead. nI don’think there is a call centre in Lochboisdale or Erisky.

Keep calling to speak to my husband, firstly about his pension and then about payment protection insurance. Told them not to call but they keep ringing. Foreign sounding callers and lots of background noise.

Genuine call from Halifax fraud prevention. They noticed someone in USA somehow used my card for a very small amount £4.24 (apparently they do this to see if it s accepted) They have cancelled my card and are sending a new one straight away. Excellent service from Halifax
