Caller said my electrical insurance, covering white goods, was due for renewal . I don t have any such insurance. She wanted me to give the expiry date of my debit card to "confirm" my details. I gave a false date which she was able to confirm. Remarkable! She then wanted my 16-digit card number. I asked her to give me the number so I could confirm with her. She said she couldn t as the digits were starred out on her screen for security reasons. I asked how could she confirm if she can t see the digits. She

Automated call saying I missed a call from my internet provider. I put phone down. I think it is a scam, as I didn't recognise number.
Calls and hangs up. Called a couple of times last week and once today.
Call to say they are gladstone brooks asking my date of birth and postcode i refused and said the real gladstone brooks have my details the man with american put the phone down

SInce May-21 there has been a consistent 2 calls per week with UK country code prefix each from a different number. Suspected scam.
