Lady with asian american accent knew my name asked how i was explained that the calls were being recorded for security purposes. Had been asked to call me by the premierbank. At which point i yelled its a scam and told her i was going to send the tel No to the fraud squad. She stiil carried on talking so i hung up.

Call from this number claiming to be Prudential, however this telephone number has been confirmed by Prudential that it is not genuine and therefore considered a scam’
Hung up as soon as I answered then when I called back got a recording saying my call was important, I hung up straight away!
