No one there when I answered Has anyone else received calls from this number
SPAM
Domestic and General asking me if I wanted to have breakdown cover for my fridge freezer and cooker as well as my washing machine ( which I currently have). A bit insistent when I said no, and asked why so when I said ‘because I don’t want to’ she ended the call. It was quite a friendly manner but as above, quite pushy. Asked me to contact them if I change my mind.

Heard two voices on the line when I answered - one a lady who identified herself by name & said she was a local energy adviser (although this phone number is not local to me) but did not give a company name, the other a gentleman talking in a foreign language. I explained there was some cross-talk on the line & ended the call. I doubt this is a legitimate call, especially as most companies I deal with use my mobile number a

SCAM Phishing call suggesting that an overseas payment of £600 had been taken on a credit card. Rang our card provider on a different phone from their online contact page & they confirmed as phishing and that they had reports of calls from others quoting the same call wording
