silent call disconnected after 3 seconds, called it back and got "number unrecognised"
Lady sounded Irish, asked if I was (first name), I said yes. wanted me to do a survey about the general election. I said no. She was still talking as I put the phone down!!

They left a message on my machine, saying they were calling for "Stephen Michaels & Associates", as far as I could understand and that I should return the call if this was Mr. "X". I wasn t, so I just deleted the message. Haven t heard from them since.

SCAM Claiming to call regarding your internet being hacked and having viruses. I stuck with them talking,asking questions. I was told to type zomo.com and enter a number. Instead I reported the number and call to the site. I asked what my provider was,and she said BT,which was incorrect. She then said she worked for BT and they controlled all imterne providers. I informed her I knew it was a scam,she got angry,and told me she was disconnecting my internet service,then hung up.
