this is a total scam ... called me 50 times in the last week... woman with a scottish acsent asked for me by name ... stated as if it was a fact that id had a road traffic accident my reply was apparently so, her response was what date was it so i asked her what her computer told her because thats obviously right, to which she hung up ... honestly some people should not be aloud telephones, tried calling back 4 times just on hold then says "goodbye" and hangs up.... load of tripe

I had the same text from the number mentioned, preceeded by a text from Natwest saying there was potentially fraudulent activity on my account - I ignored it, and then my phone rang and a recorded message claiming to be NatWest told me to call the number calling me (08453560020)...I decided to ignore this too. The caller immediately rang off without saying anything. Perhaps it was because I have got into the habit of saying "Hello" loudly enough to damage the eardrums when I get these unwanted interruptions. I rang back three times, purely for identification purposes. Each time I got a short recorded message and was then cut off. It was in an American accent. I am still little the wiser.
