Claimed I had won a competition I did not enter. Scam!
They ring 2-3 times a day to mobile and landline. Never leave a message, just blank. Disappear when phone is picked up. Very annoying! I take landline off the hook, they ring again as soon as replaced. I don t answer my mobile as number not known.

Fraud - Pretends to be internet provider and threatens to cut off service if you do not respond. Definitely a fraud. Just hang up!
Asian man calling himself Kevin. Knew my last name. Asking about my Hotpoint washing machine, Told him that I have never owned one. He hung up immediately. Obvious scam.

Very rude. Calling despite being on telephone preference service. Hangs up with rude words when I ask to be removed from list. Lets get rid of this bad pracitce.

They keep sending me unsolicited texts telling me "immediate action" needed to stop them sending debt collectors. when i try and contact them, they know nothing about my personal data etc. I m reporting them to Police Scotland "101" as possible scam/fraudsters.
