started talking about a survey. i asked them to remove my number from their list. response was "why should i?". i replied saying i was fed up getting calls that i hadnt requested and that i was busy. She told me that if i was busy i shouldnt have answered my phone!!! i will be taking this further

apparently had a text from 64500 in oct 2016- £5 charge for receiving it! pure theft! rang the 3 network and customer service was awful- washed their hands of it- said i must contact the 3rd party directly- emailed them ( [email protected] )and had a call a day later saying i would get a refund in a week via a text and visit to the post office- not holding my breath almost as concerned with 3 network being so impotent!!!!
