I too received a call at a funeral at 1020 this morning about so-called PPI, when asked how they got a ex directory number, they were reluctant to answer their source. I informed them a complaint will be submitted for their harrassment, I have also sent a letter to the BBC Panorama. programme who are investigating companies under various names. A message was left saying that recent letters regarding tax had not been answered and now there is an arrest warrant being issued. This message was left for my elderly parents who were very distressed about it. Their accountant said it was a scam! Disgraceful !
