Usual stuff. Today i asked them to hold the line while I find the details. Set the timer and put the phone on mute. I ve had them wait for as long as 10 minutes before. The more time I waste the less they harass somebody else.

Was called today from this no. An Asian sounding chap introduced himself as Robin Waterman from B.T. and told me my broadband would be closed down for 10 days. These people are a bleedin' nuisance, keep calling my mobile phone when I am at work and in meetings......

Same thing happened to me. They have called me 5 times in 3 days and although I answer they continue to hang up.
