Told them I hadn t (I d had a minor bump a few months back but no injuries to either party, but I m not telling them that). Surprisingly the advisor actually offered to take my number off their database (whether they will or not is another matter).

Computer keeps flashing up a message to call this 0203 966 6129 who claims to fix Windows computers and wants to take over your computer to fix. My personal belief is this is a scam. Told me they were call Windows Technical Support and when I asked for company said that was it, and it was a Ltd company - checked Companies House and no such business listed.

SCAM. I received a text purporting to be from DPD, saying they'd been unable to deliver an item, and that a fee was now payable to release it for delivery. The message contained a link for me to do this. Definitely a scam. I've blocked the number and reported it to my mobile phone provider.

0203 769 7565 - My elderly mother advised she had received a scam call, claiming to be Sky and calling her by name. Asian sounding woman (Susan) stated Sky are changing from monthly debit standing order to single annual payment, required upfront. Sounds dodgy. Says my National Insurance number has been deactivated due to fraudulent use and to ring them immediately on this number. And yet this is a mobile number !!! Doesn't sound right, and I will not be ringing.

Eventually they ask you to download anydesk, which is remote access software. Evidently their endgame is trying to obtain personal information. Block the number.
