Called on my mobile, automated voice saying they are from my bank but didn't mention Which one saying they'd noticed large amounts coming out of my visa account. As I don't have a visa card I knew It was a scam. It was quite believable though. I might have pressed 1 as instructed

I am disturbed by this number, they just want to hear what is your name, they come up with a strange story and immediately hang up.

This number called me 9.12.2022 told me it was BT and advised other people were using my internet connection and were doing so for bad purposes. Wanted me to turn on my computer so they could sort it out and stop the problem.

This following is clearly obvious “Royal Mail were in Strike on the 24th Dec”. These stupid Thieving Clowns. But where my FB was this number was there .and I have put soft ware in . This is a scam number which charges a premium rate at 3. 60 per minute to connect you to a service, they will likely put you on hold to music to make as much money as possible. Do not be duped into calling this number. Before calling any phone number, double check the website’s URL to ensure it definitely belongs to your provider - 0333 numbers are the standard call rate 0903 are premium rates.

This was a scammer who pretended to be from BT talking about illegal access to your broadband.!! That's rich!! Hacked my bank account and Amazon a/c. It took ages-up to 5 days to clear this mess up and it leaves a sour taste in your mouth. If someone had asked me last night if the death penalty was appropriate for scammers, I would have agreed. Now thinking about it castration without anaesthetic would be better.

This is a scam number with an automated voice concerning an order from Amazon. I do not have an Amazon account. This call is likely from a scamming call centre in India. Not the first time I've been targeted, each time from a different number. I put the phone down. Recommended: programmes by Rav Wilding on BBC iPlayer and repeated on BBC1. His team have viewed such scams. The scammers get into your phone.
