Continuous calling from the same number, 7 times today and when I answered got an Asian sounding bloke who wouldn't take no for an answer then hung up.

I have had a few calls from this number in the last few days. Not yet been able to get to my phone quick enough to answer it.I have just gone over from orange to EE as I was due an upgrade. Company talking about government (i.e. taxpayer!) grants first called me ten months ago. Their website is www.esiscotland.co.uk/ Reported to TPS and ICO. Just had another call from this number today - ESI Scotland again. What are the TPS and ICO playing at? They should be hammering these lawbreakers. I will be asking qustions of the TPS and ICO.
