SCAM Claimed to be HM Customs Very Indian sounding accent Asked who i was and when I said you called me immediately threatened to."escalate my case to the police.

SCAM: a recorded message tells you $800 has been taken from your bank account for a flight. I did not listen to the rest of the message as it's an obvious scam.

Received an automated call from this number purporting to represent my credit card (no name mentioned, no bank name mentioned) saying that it had been used twice, once on Amazon, and for a foreign currency transaction. Press 1 for security, 2 for customer services. SUSPECT FRAUD!!

SCAM number as if you try to call it back they end your call. When I answered the call the guy couldn't talk very good English, too myself, he then said that he's from citizens advice bureau and has found out information that I've got a lot of debt and they wish to help me dispose of the debt I then asked how does citizens advice know I have debt when I have not and then I said to them citizens advice do not cold call you you have to make appointments to go and see them so this is a scam.

SCAM - The Phone rang and caller (a computer) hung up when I didn't speak! This was a computer generated call trying to sniff out voice lines. If you answer then the line will be detected as 'a voice line' and you'll be called back later by a con-artist. They may also be quick to say they are not selling, simply enquiring, surveying, etc. THESE CALLS ARE SCAMS & HARASSING. If ever in doubt tell them to write to you, but DON'T give your address, if genuine they should know it, or just hang up!

I would say this is a scan call as when I rang the number back it went straight to voicemail asking for personal info so they could call back. Avoid

Then when he asked for the year I was born, I told him 1900 and he hung up. This number is being used to carry out impersonation scams through WhatsApp. Serious pressure being exerted claiming to be a family member in financial trouble. Fraud carried out via a Metro Bank Account sort code 23 05 80 using various account numbers and Metro Bank don't seem to be concerned. Has been reported to own bank and Action Fraud. This number is causing untold distress and needs to be taken out of service.
