Called my Mum, who has dementia and claimed to be from her Housing Association. Asked her personal questions, which she answered (because they told her they were from her housing association). I am VERY ANGRY ABOUT THIS!!!

They informed me that they now offer a free service to Unite members like myself where they will compare all of the different life insurance quotes that are available to me. I think they last called me around 2 years ago and are always very respectful. In a roundabout way, they are trying to sell a service, but at no point pressured me into buying anything. Claiming to be from Security Dept. from First Direct. A scam.

Just received a call from these chimps at 12.08 pm lunchtime, it even had a picture of the person calling, what a nerve. I use Mr. Number and True Contact on my mobile, the best 2 apps that I ve installed on my mobile, they warn you that it s a spam number calling and if possible, the name, whereabouts and if possible, the nature of the call and if it s suspected spam, it will cut them off. Saves me giving them a few choice words too.
