Called stating they were from currys-pcworld. trying to sell me a 3 year old model of phone for £20 per month. Suspected scam

This number called and asked for me by my first name. When I asked who was calling he hung up. I have blocked this number- definitely dodgy if he won’t say who he is and why he is calling.

I just received the call from this number seems suspicious as was asking my card details. Claimed he is Saudi Hajj ministry representative and wants to refund some money which will come in 45 working days. He was trying to convince me it is against the complaint I made. Pre-recorded female voice (American accent) purporting to be HMRC but number coming up on iPhone as Newquay area. Couldn't clearly hear what was said but usual message engineered to put people under pressure while offering a "Press number 1" type option to be put through to scammers most likely. Just waited and it cut-off.

Some outfit calling itself 'HR Advisor'. Pretending to be some kind of authority on HR law, which they clearly aren't - it's just the usual data harvesting.

Call center SPAM Said his name was Alex, however he had a very strong Indian accent. He said that he was phoning from British Gas!? It was about boiler cover, house hold cover for both gas and electric. Asked a couple of questions. Randomly called said she was from sky and said our internet is slow. Tried to get us to download and app called quick support. This app allows people to remotely access your phone. Very dangerous as the can get so many details this way. We questioned her and she hung up. Called back and metro express answered, Im guessing this number is used for numerous amounts of scams. Auto voice told me I'd been charged £79.99 for something to do with Prime.

After applying for a loan this company rang me multiple times a day i asked them to call me back after 6pm the first time as i was working and did want to see if they could help me but the I had 7 calls off the in 3 hours NOT one after the time I said I could answer, the following day the same company different number rang me 13 times between 10 am and 4:30 pm so i blocked those numbers, the following day i had a further 14 missed calls from this company off another 5 numbers. So far I am I up to 14 number

Fraud - received an SMS saying it was from the NHS and I'd been in close contact with someone who has COVID and to order a test from a link in the SMS. Stupidly, I clicked on the link, and entered card details for Postage of a PCR. RBS got in touch and cancelled the card, although 2 large transactions had been attempted. DO NOT CLICK ANY LINKS IN ANY SMS OR ANSWER CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER.

Automated call saying a charge needed verification for my credit card used abroad

Fraud The Digital Direct company AVOID IT. They will not provide any services what they promise, and stitched you up with contract against yours rights as the customer. Never received from them any art work and any service they agreed to it. Just taking money from small companies for nothing.
