I got called from this number today it's a company asking about a "serious car collision" I was involved in. After asking them to please remove my number as I've not had an accident the man called me a liar and kept repeating "why are you lying... Why are you lying" .. Then hung up on me. She got angry and threatened that she will call me 10 times more to wake me up on purpose because I had no time for her. I told her that I was a night worker and want my peace in the morning. Tried to sell me a "small business" O2 phone contract that could "save me money", said I wasn't interested .. the caller was courteous and professional at all times though, so if its a scam it was a very courteous one.
