Yet again, a call re traffic accident injury. TPS seem to incapable of dealing with it. This behaviour is costing everyone a fortune in insurance premiums for fraud.We need to put more pressure on TPS.

When I answered, there was a delay before a human joined the call. "I understand you were involved in a car accident that wasn't your fault—" No idea what she would have said after that as I instructed her to remove me from her call list.
