Asked caller to take me off calling list. Was then told to SHUT MY MOUTH GET SOME MANNERS. It is disgusting that these cold calling people can get away with stuff like this.

Called saying I d had a car accident. Recorded message when answered. Then was put through to a call centre agent who seemed very upset when I said I d report them as I m registered with the telephone preference service.

He wanted to talk to the person who deals with electricity bills, so I asked him whether he meant the business or home account. I don t think he understood me, got mildly aggressive, so I repeated myself until he said the business account. Then I said "well our business is a boat, it doesn t use gas or electricity, so unless you can supply me red diesel at a competitive rate there is nothing you can do for me." Hopefully I won t hear from him again.
